With the OHBM 2024 Annual Meeting just around the corner, we want to make sure you're fully prepared for an incredible experience. Here's everything you need to know before you go:

  1.  Dates and Venue: OHBM 2024 will take place from June 23 - June 27 at the COEX Exhibition and Convention Center. Be sure to check the venue’s website for detailed directions and venue information. Upon arrival, use the North Gate entrance.
  2.  Onsite WIFI: Wireless connections will be available throughout our meeting spaces at the COEX. Connect to the network labeled “OHBM 2024” and use the password “ohbm2024!”. 

NOTE: Seoul also offers city-wide WIFI. For more information, click here or select the WIFI button in the OHBM Mobile App.

  1. Download the OHBM 2024 Mobile App: Our event’s Mobile App is now available for iPhone and Android (native application), Blackberry (a hybrid web-based app), and a web-based version of the application is available for all other web browser-enabled phones. This app will be continually updated throughout the event so please accept the updates for the most current information.

You can also visit your App Store or Google Play and search for “OHBM Annual Meeting”. For all other phone types, click the link above and select the “Web Planner” option. Bookmark the page for future reference.

  1. Registration & Badge Printing: The Registration Desk opens at 15:00 on Saturday, June 22 in the Lobby of Hall B2 at the COEX. Additional registration hours are listed below and can be found on the mobile app.
  • Saturday, June 22: 15:00-18:00
  • Sunday, June 23: 08:00-20:00
  • Monday, June 24: 08:00-20:00
  • Tuesday, June 25: 08:00-20:00
  • Wednesday, June 26: 08:00-19:00
  • Thursday, June 27: 08:00-17:00

NOTE: Already registered before arrival? Please proceed to an Express Badge Printing Station onsite. All other attendees must visit a Staffed Registration Station for assistance.

Each attendee badge will include a QR code. Exhibitors who opted into a Lead Retrieval program can scan the code and contact interest parties after the Annual Meeting.

  1. Educational Course Day Participation: Attendance to a Full Day or Half Day Educational Course on Sunday requires an additional fee. If you registered for the meeting but not the Educational Course day, you must register and pay the accompanying fee for the courses onsite or via the OHBM Website under your membership profile. After logging into your membership profile,click on the “Activities” tab. Find your registration transaction and click the "Edit" button next to it. This will allow you to revise your registration to include the Educational Courses and pay the additional fee  online. If you encounter difficulties, please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org
     
  2. Poster Presenters: Please visit the Poster Presenter Portal for information on your poster presentation at OHBM. Each poster number is assigned to 2 stand-by times in Hall B2 during the event. Please see below:
  • Poster numbers 1-1322: Monday, June 24 | 13:15 - 15:15
  • Poster numbers 1-1322: Tuesday, June 25 | 14:00 - 16:00
  • Poster numbers 1323-2634: Wednesday, June 26 | 13:45 -15:45
  • Poster numbers 1323-2634: Thursday, June 27 | 13:45 -15:45

Please be aware that poster numbers 1-1322 must be removed no later than 17:30 on Tuesday, June 25. Poster numbers 1323-2634 must be removed no later than 16:00 on Thursday, June 27. All posters left after the removal period on June 25 and June 27 will be discarded. 

  1. Speaker Ready Room: Please visit  the Speaker Ready Room onsite in Conference Room North 206 on the 2nd floor for technical assistance well in advance of your presentation.  The room will be open during the designated hours:

Moderators will receive instruction on how to facilitate Q&A through the mobile app and Conferences.io with our technical team in the Speaker Ready Room. The instructions may be reviewed in advance here.

  • Welcome Reception - Celebrating the 30th OHBM Annual Meeting

    Join us for the networking kick-off to OHBM 2024! Our Welcome Reception will be held immediately following the Opening Ceremonies and Talairach Lecture.
  • Club Night 2024
    Date/time: Wednesday, June 26: 20:00-23:00
    Location: Some Sevit
    Celebrate a successful conference at Some Sevit—Seoul’s floating island. This multi-story venue offers different areas based on your preferences. Don’t miss the live DJ, jazz room and rooftop views! OHBM will provide 1 drink ticket per guest, distributed upon entry with a valid name badge.

    NOTE: Please wear your name badge to gain access to the Social Events. If you wish to bring a guest to a Social Event, additional badges can be purchased for $50.00 USD via the OHBM website or at the staffed Onsite Registration Desk.
  1. Satellite Events: Extend your stay and participate in a Satellite Event. These workshops and symposiums highlight like-minded topics and additional learning opportunities OHBM believes would be beneficial to members.
     
  2. Support OHBM’s Sustainability Efforts: To make this event as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, OHBM is encouraging all in-person attendees to:
  • Bring your own water bottle - We will not be providing water cups in our increased commitment to sustainability.
