POSTER HANG UP TIMES:
POSTER TAKE DOWN TIMES:
Please be aware that posters must be removed by the specified times on Thursday and Saturday. Any remaining posters will be removed by volunteers and relocated. All posters left after removal on June 28 will be discarded.
SIZE REQUIREMENTS:
All posters should be printed in vertical orientation and cannot exceed A0 size, which is 841mm by 1189mm (33in by 46in). This size standard ensures that your poster will fit appropriately on the display boards provided at the event.
OHBM will supply poster presenters with materials like pins and Velcro to securely attach their posters to the display boards.
E-POSTER OPTION:
All poster presenters are invited to share an electronic version of their traditional poster in PDF format through the Attendee Interactive platform (this is not required but highly encouraged!). The E-Poster Module serves as an online gallery, accessible to all conference attendees before, during, and after the event. You have the flexibility to upload either a one-page copy of your complete poster or a multi-page version. All E-Posters must be in PDF format. The deadline to upload your E-Poster to the Attendee Interactive platform is Friday, June 20, 2025. Please note there will be no live-streamed or virtual poster presentations this year.
To get started, click here to access the Attendee Interactive platform and log in using the email address and password associated with your abstract submission. A step-by-step guide on how to upload your materials can be viewed here.
AUGMENTED POSTER EXPERIENCE:
We have partnered with Schol-AR to provide poster presenters with an innovative Augmented Poster Experience, allowing you to incorporate digital data directly onto your posters. Features include NIFTI volumes, 3D models, videos, and image stacks. By using this technique, all attendees can view and interact with your data by aiming their smart devices at poster figures. A brief introductory video can be viewed here. Visit https://www.schol-ar.io/intro to augment your poster or sign up for a live Schol-AR Demo / Q&A session.
