Annual Meeting (June 14 - June 18, 2025) - Your registration fee includes access to the Talairach & keynote lectures, symposia, oral sessions, the poster and exhibit hall. Per CVS Ethical MedTech regulations, you will need to opt-in or out of the Welcome Reception and Poster Networking Reception(s). Club Night will require a separate entrance ticket for attendees. Guest tickets will remain applicable for the Welcome Reception and Club Night.

Educational Course Day (June 14, 2026) - Educational Courses are an additional event separate from the Annual Meeting registration fee. Both full day and half day courses will begin on Sunday, June 14 ahead of the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception. The fees listed below are a one-time registration fee. There is no pre-registration required for individual courses. Educational Course attendees are able to freely attend any of the sessions offered on Sunday, June 14.
