2025 ANNUAL MEETING CALL FOR CONTENT • NOW OPEN! 

The OHBM Program Committee is thrilled to invite our community to submit content for the 2025 Annual Meeting, which will take place from June 24—June 28, 2025 in Brisbane, Australia. All content must be submitted electronically via the OHBM submission site.

Our objective is to get acceptances out as soon as possible to uphold our goal of inclusivity to ensure adequate time for visa applications. Acceptance notices for all content will be released late January / early February.

Areas to note:

Roundtables/Other Submission: This option is for ALL on-site and off-site committee, SIG, and chapter activities, roundtables, workshops, social events, etc. to be included in the official program of activities. These submissions will NOT be subjected to the peer review process by which all other scientific programming is selected for inclusion in the Annual Meeting, but will be assessed on the potential interest to their community and overall quality. Please note that due to limited space, not all submissions will be accepted. OHBM reserves the right to reject any activity deemed inappropriate for the Annual Meeting. These are included in the submission process to ensure that appropriate space is reserved and that the activity is placed on the schedule for adequate promotion. 

Abstract Fee: The abstract submission fee for OHBM 2025 is $40 USD. This payment may be waived if you are currently living, working, or studying in any of the countries ranked low on the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and World Bank List of Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries (based on gross national income per capita).
